In a changing world, we never lose sight of our most important asset.

We understand that our graduates are our future: the talent that will keep us ahead of the changes impacting our clients. That’s why we’re committed to taking care of them.

As a graduate here, we’ll place you in a team where you’ll be stretched and challenged to develop quickly. With outstanding training, on-the-job coaching, and early career specialisation, you can expect to develop into a fully-fledged Analyst in just 12 months.

What you’ll do

Our programme gives you the chance to specialise right from the start. This will allow you to build up area-specific skills and experience earlier and become a qualified Analyst sooner.

You can train to be an Analyst in any of our main business areas, including: Global Markets, Corporate Banking, Financial Institutions Coverage (FIC), Compliance and Technology.

From the day you arrive in your chosen area, you’ll be a key member of the team. You’ll have direct contact not just with your peers, but also with senior members of staff all around the business.

What you’ll need

Our graduate programme is not only highly competitive, but also intellectually demanding. To secure a place, you’ll need a strong academic background and excellent analytical skills.

We’re looking for spark and real determination too – people who’ll drive their own development and take every opportunity to learn that comes their way. We also want people who show true team spirit and work collaboratively with others.

Finally, because of early specialisation on the programme, it’s essential that you know what you want to do before you apply. Think hard about your skill-set and where it would fit best in our organisation.
